We are Barnaby and Susan and we love our home in France and hope that you will too. We enjoy cooking, so the kitchen is very well equipped. We love walking, skiing and rugby. We have spent many happy holidays at our home in France including Christmas and New Year where we have enjoyed hosting many of our friends. Renovating the house and garden has been a labour of love.

|Why this location?||We chose this house as it was in the centre of a quiet village which has an excellent village boulangerie, bar and mini supermarket which means that when we have visited for short breaks we don't have to go far to get our provisions. We also liked the surrounding towns and villages and have lots to keep us occupied without having to travel too far inculding Chateux, zoos, swimming pools, lakes and kayaking.|
|Unique benefits of property||Our property is large and comfortably sleeps a minimum of 12 people. The kitchen is a 'cooks kitchen' and very well equipped.|
There is a watersports and mountain biking activity centre in the village of La Prenassaye which is approximately 16km from the property. They offer morning or afternoon guided kayaking tours down the river to La Cheze in double or single kayaks. Suitable for children 8+.
There is an outdoor pool at La Cheze (7.5km) with slides and a baby pool. Swimming shorts are not allowed! There is also a fun indoor pool called Les Aquatides at Loudeac which has a lazy river, slides, baby pool and a training pool, again swimming shorts are forbidden.
There are several zoos within an hours drive of the property and aquariums at Vannes and St Malo.
