About the Owner/Advertiser, Mr Ian Giles

Brought up on Guernsey but after careers in banking/accountancy it was time to jump off and start our new more relaxed life in beautiful rural Brittany. It was our first venture into 'the hospitality business' and we love it! Meeting such lovely and different people and making their stay as comfortable and stress-less as possible.

Why this location? Perfect rural location for peace and tranquility - but also ideally located for lots of activities and sight seeing with very good road links nearby and just a short drive away from St Malo Port
Unique benefits of property A true "home from home" with many of the home comforts which many gites don't have. This is because it IS our home for half of the year! The best quote we had was that "the place wraps its arms around you as soon as you walk in"!! We are very proud that all without exception have loved the property and all that it provides.
Please note that we do not have any immediate neighbours and also we do not live on-site (but are just 1.5km down the lane in case of need) and so privacy and peace and quiet are guaranteed.
