Le Cosquer is a 16th century Breton farm situated in the heart of the Brittany region in France. Although the farm is no longer being used as such, the house has been sympathetically restored and the barn converted into a gite.
All of the accommodation is insulated, double-glazed and comfortably furnished. The farmhouse sleeps 8 and the gite sleeps 6.
There is generous parking space with all the accommodation.
For those looking for a quiet day, what better than to sit in the apple orchard with a bottle of wine and a good book?
We are happy to welcome any golfers, fishermen, walkers, cyclists and motorcyclists on our wonderfully clear roads and peaceful countryside in groups or pairs. Obviously, groups would find May, June, July and September more acceptable for their purposes.

Le Cosquer has been my home for the last 5 years and I just love the slow pace of life.<br/>We brought the beautiful property 5 years ago and I haven't stopped improving it. This year the swimming pool has been refurbished and we are constantly adding things to Le Cosquer to make your holiday enjoyable.

|Why this location?||We brought the property after falling in love with it and seeing its potential. The local villages love the English and we have a very sociable life. There are lots of places to visit around the local area.|
|Unique benefits of property||The region is of a similar climate to Cornwall, being a littler warmer. Although there are micro climates throughout Brittany and this means the weather can be as hot as Spain in some places.
There are plenty of places to visit in the area including the beaches at Carnac and Binic.
During the summer there are lots of festivals going on throughout the region including the festival at Bon Repos which is outstanding and is over 2 weekends in August.
Just a 10 minute drive away is the Lac de Guerdelan. It is a beautiful lake which has a man-made beach which is lovely for young and old. There are many activities in the local area.
The small town of Mur de Bretagne holds a weekly market on a Friday evening. The children will love the fact they can abseil down the church and listen to local music.
