This large villa has been fully and tastefully renovated in 2016 and benefits from a lovely covered heated pool. The well-presented property in the seaside resort of in Saint Pol de Léon has many areas in which to relax with friends and family or simply enjoy reading a book in peace. The garden is enclosed and next to the villa is a large park benefiting from a stunning view overlooking the sea and from where you can enjoy stunning sunrises.

There is a safe sandy beach 1km away which can be accessed via a footpath. The town is very pleasant in summer and boasts an historic past including a Gothic cathedral with its twin towers dominating the landscape. There are numerous opportunities to do various water sports including windsurfing, bodysurfing, stand-up paddle, kayak as well as a sailing centre located at the tip of the island.

Nearby Roscoff is more than just a ferry port (sailings to and from Plymouth). Attractive 16th century granite buildings nestle against the coastline, the streets filled with restaurants, bars, charming little art galleries and gift shops. Across a narrow stretch of water from the quaint harbour is the tiny Ile de Batz, a beautiful island well worth a visit. Roscoff is also home to La Maison des Johnnies et de l'Oignon de Roscoff, a 'Museum of the Onion Johnnies', the well-known onion merchants who arrived in Britain on their bicycles selling onions door-to-door who made famous the caricature image of the Frenchman in a beret on a bike laden with onions.

This property was even better than the advert description-we were so impressed.
The pool was lovely and warm & the cover on a cooler day meant we could still swim in comfort.
The villa is full of charm, comfortable beds, we were delighted to use all the beautiful crockery.
It is in a lovely position-literally in a park & a short walk to the quaint town & a nice beach to explore with places to eat & drink. We had a lovely picnic in a sheltered spot.
On arrival we were greeted by Mikael who was very helpful & just a phone call away.
The setting was peaceful with lovely views but close to amenities.
We would definitely recommend.
