About the Owner/Advertiser, Mr Kevin Banks

Hi my name is Kevin. I fell in love with France in 2004 especially Cotes d'Armor, rural locality with a varying range of local attractions. I bought the property in 2008 has it was in need of some TLC. Five years of total renovation the 4 bedroom property is back to it's former glory.

Year property purchased 2008

The Owner Recommends

A whole day of leisure activities in the Cotes d'Armor in Brittany, children and also parents will enjoy the fun waterpark (indoor and outdoor swimming-pools, heated to 29° celcius and huge slides). There are many outdoor activities (summer-sledge, pedal-boats, mini-golf, bouncy structures, bumper-boats) and even farm-animals.

Forges des Salles

An unusual yet fascinating place to visit, the entire village here originally developed around a substantial charcoal industry based upon the wood that was readily available in the surrounding forest.

Half village, half museum, the Forges des Salles is a remarkable site that has been preserved exactly as it was when production stopped in 1877.

Ch'ty Coz Bulat-Pestivien,

Always a freindly welcome here.
The owners are amazing, great cafe/bar/shop and a brocante upstairs to browse around. Good wine/beer and company.

La Cornemuse

Lovely place with so much to remember, food is fresh and tasty as well as homemade, the service is really pleasant.

Bar-Restaurant le Ty Breizh Bourbriac

Good food, good service, good price. Recommended.
