The ground floor has an open plan kitchen/living area together with a shower and toilet. French windows open onto the terrace with stunning views of the bay and the Estelle National Park. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs, reclining seats and an electric bbq for al fresco living.

The first floor has a bedroom with double bed and plenty of cupboard space. The frenchdoors open onto the balcony to enjoy the view and all day sunshine, perfect for morning coffee and sundowners.

The second bedroom has semi-high bunk beds, hanging area, chest of drawers and a glass door opening onto the balcony.

The bathroom has bath/shower, basin and toilet.

The pool is for the sole use of residents of Mas de la Mer and is 60 meters from the door of the property.

The pool does not have sunbeds but has plenty of areas to relax and is gated for security.

Parking is off road and is a short walk from the residences, through well maintained gardens. There is a private parking space for V003.

We are now retired and enjoy travelling, classic cars, art and music. We have family history of this area of France and a great love of France in general.

Year property purchased 2007
Why this location? We have been coming to the South of France since the 1960's and to this location for the past 20 years. We love the area of Miramar for the peace and quiet and it's unchanged character. The views from the property overlooking the Mediterranean are stunning.
Unique benefits of property The position of the property overlooking the sea and the National Park. The area is very quiet and relaxing. The pool is approx 60 metres from the door and access to local beaches and coves are all within 5 kms both East and West.

What to See and Do

There are plenty of local beaches and coves. There is a small port at the bottom of the hill with a selection of bars and restaurants. The coastal drive to St Tropez is breathtaking, following the famous Esterel coastline. For more excitement and International shopping, Cannes is only 15 minutes drive to the east and has the colourful food market of the Marche Forville.
Further afield is Nice, Menton, Monaco and the Italian border.
Inland you will find Grasse the centre of perfume, or a trip to the Gorges de Verdun.
For more cultural pursuits there are plenty of art galleries to visit from Picasso Museum Antibes to Cezanne in Aix en Provence.
