Fabulous, well equipped, 45m² apartment, sleeping up to 4, on a gated, low level, residential domain, with pools, ample parking and just a 20 min walk from Ste Maxime town with it’s beach & marina. Our spacious, well equipped apartment has Wi-Fi, Orange and Sky Now TV for your entertainment, a large, furnished, private garden where you can relax, dine al- fresco, & catch some rays. The lounge and bedroom have ceiling fans and the building also has a ducted air system to cool and eliminate humidity. Guests with health issues or very young babies may want to consider hiring a mobile aircon unit if staying in the peak summer season.
Forget about having to use the car - 2 supermarkets, a wine store, a boulangerie & a garden centre with food hall is just 2 minutes walk from the domain. 3 supermarkets, a library, cinema, restaurant/ brasserie and pizza takeaway are within 5 mins walk and within a 15 minute walk are more supermarkets, restaurants, a water park, adventure park & a bank. If you don't want to walk into Ste Maxime, a local shuttle bus stops outside the domain. It will also take you to Ste Maxime & it's many beaches with unlimited journeys costing 1 euro per day.
The French Riviera is a world renowned holiday destination and Ste Maxime is located between 2 of the most popular and well known resorts - St Tropez and Cannes. With the beautiful clear waters of the Mediterranean, a south facing location in the Bay of St Tropez, over 10 kilometres of white sandy beaches & over 300 days of sun annually, the town is a major draw for visitors.
Ste Maxime is a family orientated resort with activities for all ages. Unlike many other resorts on the Cote D'azur, is very much alive all year round with approximately 14,000 local residents. There are modern shopping facilities, traditional markets, pedestrianised streets, a marina, casino & numerous bars, cafes, restaurants & beaches and 2 golf courses. Water sports of every description are available. One of the best loved beaches is Plage du Centre Ville as it is flat, sandy and sheltered - ideal for families. There is a local shuttle boat to St Tropez and Port Grimaud plus other boat excursions. Ste Maxime hosts a variety of weekly indoor and outdoor markets, numerous festivals and musical events. the Theatre de Mer on the main promenade offers free entertainment for all ages through out the summer. Hiking, archery, horse riding & mountain biking are available close by too

We provide free bed linen for 1 bed and towels for 2 guest for bookings of 2 weeks. These must be left behind at the end of the stay. Alternatively, if you prefer to bring your own, which many of our guests from mainland Europe do, you can opt instead for a £20 discount.
So that you are not subsidising other guests and also to give you control over the rental cost, the following are classified as chargeable extras:

|Why this location?||Ste Maxime has something for everyone throughout the year - it does not close down in winter like places such as St Tropez and Juan les Pins. There are numerous beaches but the one adjacent to the town also has a wonderful promenade.|

Great for a dya out and just 800m from domain entrance
Ste Maxime has numerous beaches. For those that are not within walking distance, the local bus stops outside the domain entrance before stopping in town and driving on to all the local beaches. A days unlimited travel costs 1 Euro. Regular boat service to St Tropez plus seasonally from St Tropez to Cogolin, Les Issambres, St Aygulf and Port Grimaud. Other marine excursions operate to Local bus runs from St Raphael to Cavalliere, stopping at most of the popular resorts en route.
This world famous resort is just 10 minutes shuttle boat ride away from Ste Maxime.
