About the Owner/Advertiser, Mr Brian Everington

We are a small family and have had a holiday home in france for over 20 years, after outgrowing our 1st small apartment we found this house through a friend some years ago and instantly fell in love with it! We have made many happy memories and spent some wonderful times here and if others can do the same that makes us happy.

Year property purchased 2000
Why this location? We love the fact that we have three balconies with different views and never tire of looking across the bay to St Tropez. We love the calm and quiet yet we are within easy reach of the busting town. We love being in the pine trees, their shade is welcome in the summer!
Unique benefits of property We are in a gated traffic free community, with lots of space to play in or walk round, with the pool and the tennis court and table tennis, there is also plenty to do.

Activities

There are lots of activities once you have exhausted the pool etc, there is horse riding just up the road, Aqualand is close by there too. On the sea front we have jet ski's, diving, glass bottomed boats and boats to hire. There are public beaches/ private beaches where you can hire a sun lounger and have your drinks delivered!
Hire a bike or scooter and go explore or take the "bateau vert" to St Tropez..they run all night in the summer so you can try out the nightlife then get back easily!
The Brocante market on a tuesday morning in St Tropez is well worth a visit and in the summer there are markets in the streets of the old town in Ste MAxime, or a friday morning market in town too...buy your fruit and veg and then a traditional straw bag to take it home!
