This luxury 12th century farmhouse has been renovated sympathetically to the highest standard.
The dining room has an antique provencal furnishings, wooden table and chairs which seats 8/10 people, it is semi open plan to the kitchen which is in provencal style with a large gas/electric range cooker, fridge-freezer and is well equipped with utensils, electric gadgets, china, cutlery and glassware
The dining room has a door leading to a dining terrace under vines that seats up to 10 and the kitchen door leads to a covered dining area seating up to 10, with a wine fridge and a stone sink
The living room is furnished with neutral colours and a mix of antiques and provencal furniture, french windows lead onto a terrace overlooking gardens and the swimming pool.
An archway leads to the entrance hall, downstairs cloakroom and laundry facilities, with the staircase to the upper floor.
THE HOUSE - The master suite with king size bed and en suite bathroom with a bath, shower, twin basins and wc.
The double bedroom has a shower room adjacent with a walk in shower twin basins and wc
Both bedrooms have full air conditioning
A study/5th bedroom suitable for a child or baby.
THE ANNEXE - Has 2 king sized bedrooms which can either be twin bedded rooms or king size beds.
The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with bath, Shower, twin basins and wc
The second bedroom has an en suite shower room with walk in shower basin and wc

The bathrooms have been furnished with traditional styled sanitary ware and roll top baths, plus walk/wet room showers in all bathrooms
We provide soap and the towels which are changed weekly
The house has oil fired central heating and hot water with under floor heating in the master suite and shower room, whilst the air conditioning offers both cool and warm air.
The Annexe has independant electric heating and hot water with cool and warm air available through the air-conditioning.
We provide Sky tv, videos and a music centre
The garden has a boule pitch and a 12 x 4 meter heated swimming pool
We provide sunloungers by the pool and garden furniture on the terrace both with large sun umbrellas.
The gardens are planted with provencal trees, shrubs, plants and herbs
A gardener will come in regularly to clean the pool and maintain the gardens.
The house provides parking for up to 5 cars .
This house is a truly provencal home which offers to both friends and families the experience of living in a magical house with all the comforts of home.
We provide cleaning twice a week and a change of bed linen weekly for visits of 14 days or more
The village offers tennis courts and nearby there is cycling, canoeing, outward bound and horse riding, as well as the coast and the Gorge du Verdon being from 45 minutes to an hour 15 away.
We have had a home in Provence for over 26 years and love our 12th century house which we bought and completed the renovations in 2014

The Village is only 4 minutes walk away with a bread shop and local store, with several supermarkets only a 5 minute drive away, with a weekly provencal market, the village square hosts many musical events and has restaurants and bars. The surrounding villages of Lorgues, Salernes, Tourtour and Aups have a wealth of truly provencal features and events to browse and enjoy, also each day of the week one of the villages hosts a provencal market.
Nearby there is canoeing, outward bound adventures and horse riding, cycling and tennis courts. For those who love wine some of the most famous vinyards of the area are within 15 minutes drive from the house
St Maxime and St Tropez are within an hour to an hour 10 minutes and the Gorge du Verdon is 45 minute drive where watersports and sailing can be found as well as wonderful beaches and restaurants
My husband and I arrived at LaGrange aux Foins in Villecroze, with a group of friends in September.
The accommodation is great as you have 2/3 bedrooms in the main house and 2 bedrooms in a separate cottage just off the drive.
The house is very well appointed and the kitchen especially good, with all mod cons, opening out to a
lovely terrace to shade you from the morning sun and another terrace to do likewise for lunch.
The house settles beautifully into a delightful Provencal garden with a central welcoming pool always set at a comfortable temperature.
The village is walking distance and is a typical square with little restaurants and the obligatory boulle,
shaded by trees.
We had a very memorable holiday and look forward to visiting again
