Apartment

Kitchen and dining

The house has a small kitchen with a 4 burner hob, fridge, combined microwave and oven and is well equipped.
There is a dining table in the lounge and there is also another table upstairs on the terrace off the bedroom.

Living rooms

When you come in the door you go up a flight of stairs to the living area, bathroom and kitchen.

The living room has a dining table and chairs and a settee which folds down to make a comfortable double bed plus a window seat.

Whilst there is no television as such, you can watch dvds or videos if you wish to bring them with you or hire them locally.
The dvd player can also be used to listen to the radio or cds.

There is a wood burning stove in the old fireplace.

Bedrooms

The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space.
There is a terrace off the bedroom which a great place to eat meals, sit and enjoy a glass of wine or read a book quietly.
There are views onto Rue Balladou, towards the Chateau and over to the hills by Gassin from the terrace.
There is a combined cd player and radio in the bedroom.

Bathrooms

The tiled bathroom is off the living room and is equipped with a shower and also has a washing machine.

Heating

There is a wood burning stove in the living room and there is also an oil filled electric radiator should you need it.
There is also an electric fan in the bedroom which will probably be of much more use!

Entertainment

As mentioned before there is a dvd player in the lounge and a video player along with a few vhs tapes.
There is a cd/radio player in the bedroom but usually just watching life go by in the street below from the terrace makes good entertainment.
The village has a weekly market and there are many other traditional Provencal markets in the neighbouring villages each week.

Garden and outside

The house has no garden but the chateau is only a few minutes walk from the front door and has plenty of places where you can sit and enjoy the view. There is also a childrens play area in the grounds of the chateau.
There are seats on the terrace by the beautiful old Church and in front of the Mairie where you can enjoy views over the Golfe de Saint Tropez, again only a short distance from the house.

Parking and garages

As Rue Balladou is a pedestrian street there is no parking outside the house but there is a car park close by, just below the church. Should this be full there are large parking areas behind the chateau, only a few minutes walk from Rue Balladou.

Visitor suitability

As Rue Balladou has steps and the house has 2 sets of stairs it is not well suited to people who need easily accessible accommodation, sorry.
