The cottage is very welcoming and is in a great location for visiting both the Somme sites and also Paris. The cottage has everything you need and the best bit is the beds are very comfortable. The village is quite and a bread lady comes in the morning with fresh bread.

The house is lovely; well renovated, maintained and clean and it contained everything we needed for a week away. If you are looking for a quiet holiday in a small village in a rural corner of Normandy then this is the place for you. There are picturesque towns and small villages within a short drive, many with markets on different days, and the coast and bigger cities (Amiens and Rouen) are well within reach on a day trip. It is about an hour and a half from Calais so easily doable with small children.

Would definitely stop at this properety again as it was so well equipped with everything you could ever wish for and more!! The cottage itself was really clean and cosy and the British owners were very helpfull with providing fantastic directions from Calais and the whereabouts of local supermarkets, markets and when things are open and closed (as we can never get our heads around the French closing times!!!). Really interesting area for both adults and children. Would recommend this property to anybody.
