The house has been fully renovated, available since December 8, 2013. The equipment is of really high quality.
Enclosed private parking at the entrance. You have a remote control to open the gate.

The house must be as clean as when you arrived. The household includes complete cleaning showers, sinks, toilet, kitchen units and the vacuuming in the rooms, the stairs and living room. For stays over 4 days,guests will be required to clean the floorsbefore leaving the property.
Should you not want to take care of this task, a cleaning fee of € 30.00 is applicable.
