Le Reve is a detached two story property, ideally located in easy walking distance of a vibrant village.
The kitchen is fully equipped and is stocked with basics.
The dining room has an extendable oak table to seat up to eight.
The sitting room opens from the dining room and provides comfortable seating on sofas and armchairs, there is an additional sofa bed in this room too. Tv and dvd player as well as several games provide in house entertainment.
Three bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor with a king size bed wardrobe and drawers, 2 doubles on the first floor .
Large shower room on the ground floor, en suite shower room and an additional bathroom on the first floor.
Gas central heating for the winter months and an open fire if required.
Tv and dvd, radio and several games in the house. Table tennis, darts, table football , boules, and badminton in the outbuilding. The use of our bikes is possible with a couple of helmets too.
The garden areas are large and well kept, with fruit trees and a lovely shady walnut tree providing shade on hot days. The garden is enclosed and the small pond can easily be covered for safety with children. (We have a wire sheet for this). There is a-well water pump in the garden to provide for necessary watering, feel free to help with this if you are inclined!!
The drive has parking for 2 cars and there is a garage. Parking on the road is possible too.
The ground floor bedroom and shower room makes it quite accessible but there are 3 steps from the porch to the house.
Additional children’s beds for 2 small children can be put up in the upstairs rooms.
I am a retired teacher and with my husband and family we have enjoyed lovely times in Les Rosiers I hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

|Why this location?||After visiting many areas of France we chose the beautiful Loire area because it was easily accessible and the climate suited us. The peaceful countryside, interesting villages and towns and the slow gentle pace of life continue to draw us back time after time. The transition of the seasons means different attractions, spring is so vibrant, anything and everything grows so well here it is a delight, Summer is livelier with more visitors events and activities, outdoor pools and canoeing on the river. Autumn and the ve ages and hortomnals giveway to winter with wood fires Christmas events at chateaux and markets. All year round cycling and grand randonne routes to explore and fascinating villages, chateaux and vineyards to discover.|
|Unique benefits of property||The house is comfortable, private yet accessible to the village amenities. You can have restful fun days around the property, walking to get delicious bread and prepared food from the charcuterie, or small supermarket, or visit the super local restaurants. Only a short drive or cycle brings you to delightful picnic areas in pretty villages or by the river. In July and August the outdoor pool is 100 metres away and tennis courts and crazy golf nearby.|
Saumur has a chateau and a world famous equestrian centre as well as a vibrant market and numerous restaurants
