We decided to move to France 14 years ago because we wanted to improve our lifestyle. The cost of living here is a lot less than UK and we have time to enjoy time with our new friends here. We added the Gite to provide an extra income and also plan to add the little house soon which would be a low cost option but with all the usual amenities.

Yet another super holiday! The children thoroughly enjoyed the space to ride their bikes. We always enjoy the peaceful spacious surroundings and of course the company. We had a couple of days out visiting a local soft play centre for the children and the wonderfully eclectic Robert Tatin museum. Thank you! We shall be coming back again soon.
Beautiful rural location, suitable for a quiet retreat or a family holiday. For us it was a family holiday with young children aged 1 and 3. The children (and adults!) thoroughly enjoyed the use of the swimming/splash pool. We enjoyed the BBQ and beer/wine in the eve. The kids also enjoyed the swings and the ample space to run around. Boys being boys finding all sorts of flora and fauna to question us about. The owners have plenty of knowledge they can pass on of local amenities and places to visit for children and adults, we enjoyed a day out at 'Le Plage' (10/15min drive) a man made beach on a large lake in a picturesque forest, with plenty of activities and a couple of places to eat. We also went on a lovely river cruise in Laval (30 min drive) and meal at a river side restaurant. The kids also thoroughly enjoyed some time in one of a couple of fairly local indoor soft play centres (30mins drive). A lovely time had by all and we will be going again.
