About the Owner/Advertiser, Mrs Marlene Bell

We bought the Farm in 1991 and initially used it for our own holidays. As soon as we were able we moved here permanently.

Year property purchased 1991
Why this location? The location reminded us of England in the 1950's when we were kids. With all the quiet, overgrown country tracks to walk down full of wild life and blackberries, more likely to see a tractor than a car. The river with its locks and cycle path within easy reach and such a slow pace of life around the village of Molieres which has not changed in the last 20+ years.
Unique benefits of property The farm is on the border between Mayenne and Loire so the attractions of both areas are easily reached. The local area is very quiet and relaxing with the farm situated near the top of a countryside track that sees very little traffic but with a minor (tarmac road) running along the topside of the property that affords access to the local towns and vilages.
