Muscadet was originally a cow barn, but has now been transformed into a three bedroomed stone cottage with oak beams.
The front door leads into an open plan ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area and a spacious lounge. The frenchdoors open from the lounge onto a private patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.
There are three bedrooms upstairs: one with a double bed, one with twin beds and one with bunk beds. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and shower over. The front of the property looks into the courtyard and the back looks out over the neighbouring fields.
Plenty of outside space for children to play. Flexible changeover day.
Fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, toaster, microwave, cafetiere, coffee-machine, kettle, cooking utensils, pots, pans, cheese grater, tin opener, garlic crush, corkscrew, sharp knives, crockery, cutlery and glasses.
The living room opens out onto the private patio area. It has a sofa and chairs, a selection of books and a hd flat screen tv with UK Freesat and French channels. There is a dvd player with a selection of dvd's, but feel free to bring your own as well. There is a selection of children's indoor games and board games.
There is a log burner for the winter months and an electric radiator. All the wood, kindling and firelighters are provided.
There are three bedrooms; one has a double bed, one has two singles and one has bunk beds. All the bedding is provided. Each room has a wardrobe. An iron and small ironing board is also provided.
There is one large family bathroom with a bath and a shower. All towels are provided.
There is a woodburner for use in the winter months and all the wood, kindling and fire lighters are provided. There are also electric radiators.
There is a private patio area which has a table, chairs and a parasol, but you are invited to use all of the grounds and you can move the furniture to wherever suits you. We have a large barn next to the swimming pool which is great for evening barbecues. There is a ping-pong table and an honesty fridge in the barn. In the grounds there is a Wendy house and some swings for the children.
We have ample parking and you can park within a few yards of your gite.
As the bathrooms and bedrooms are all upstairs we don't feel that our gite is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
