|Lake Side Apartment||
This airy two bedroom apartment has a large lounge/dining area, with an archway through to a well-fitted kitchen and access to the bedrooms and shower room. Outside there is an exclusive terrace, and access to our lovely grounds, including our private lake.
The well fitted kitchen includes an oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. There is an archway through to the dining area, which has a large table and 6 chairs and views over the terrace and lake. There is a large table for al fresco dining on the pleasant terrace.
The lounge has a large, soft leather corner settee, tv with Freesat UK and French channels, and large picture windows with breathtaking views over the lake and towards the village church.
The beds in each room can be configured as required as either two singles (90cm wide) or a large double (180cm wide). There are two plump pillows per person, and in summer the beds are fitted with light bedspreads, in cooler months with duvets. All bedding is 400 thread count Egyptian cotton.
There is one shower room in the apartment, with tiled shower, wc and handbasin, and a heated towel rail. There is unlimited, instant hot water and toiletries are provided. High quality thick Egyptian cotton towels are included.
The apartment has underfloor heating.
The large flat screen tv has UK FreeSat channels, as well as French channels. There is also a music cd player and dvd player. Books are available, and there are some children's games, jigsaws etc.
The whole of the property is over three and a half acres, including the two and a half acre lake, which is exclusively for visitors' use. This apartment also has a private terrace, with a small raised flower bed and an olive tree.
There is parking for several cars. During inclement weather, we invite motorcycle visitors to use our basement.
This apartment is particularly suited to families and small groups of friends. Access to the apartment is at ground floor level.
Please note that we do not allow animals in this apartment. If you wish to bring a small pet with you, please enquire about availability of our other apartment.
Visitors are welcome to use our boats on our lake (at own risk).
