|Why this location?||We moved to France in 2006 and have never looked back. Asnières is a small peace of heaven and after a day of moving here we felt like it was home. Being able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of our Petite Cité de Caractere as well as enjoy the nearby sports and activities the neighbouring areas offer is ideal. We still love trying a new restaurant in a new village, and uncovering hidden gems of villages all around - it never ceases to amaze us the beauty of the nature that surrounds us. We want our guests to have the best possible holiday experience in Asnières and for our guests to experience the laid back easy going lifestyle Asnières has to offer.|
|Unique benefits of property||Our gites are housed in the pretty Basse-Cour grounds where we have recently restored our beloved 16th Century manoir back to it's former glory - but dont be fooled we have all the 'mod-cons' needed to enjoy your stay in the best way possible..free wi-fi, heated swimming pool, bbq area, onsite parking, chilled drinks..the list goes on :-)|
Offering 6 types of sport and leisure activities, Terre Activ' is a great holiday destination for something fun and a little bit different. Kayaking, fun archery and treasure hunts are among the activities on offer in the neighbouring town of Juigne-sur-Sarthe (6km).
If you are looking for somewhere to have a special meal out with a different menu do not miss the opportunity to book in to the French-Carribean Michellin starred restaurant Parfum d'Epices. A lovely menu with great wine. You can book over the phone or online.
You wouldn't go to Italy and not try the pasta so you must try the Creperie in Solesmes. Fabulous crepes and galletes cooked to order in front of you with fresh ingrediants. A true delight. Other menu items available for those not keen on the main fayre.
