All 3 bedrooms have modern beds and furniture, the bathrooms are equipped with modern facilities including large tiled shower, a large boiler with ample hot water for all the family, good flushing toilets.

The village of Angles, 5 mins walk away has restaurants, shops, twice weekly market and lively street entertainment in the summer months. A large supermarket is just on the outskirts of the village, and the beach is 10 mins drive away at La Tranche sur Mer, with beach front restaurants, and numerous shops.

Modern build giving the benefits of good electrics, plentiful hot water, large glass door shower and modern plumbing (no septic tank, and none of the hassle of old French gites). Brand new fitted kitchen. Bungalow open plan design style means although not purposely built for wheelchair user, it does offer ease of access for some disability situations (advice available) with fully tiled floors throughout, no internal steps. We provide bikes of all sizes (10 years+), lots of beach equipment, as well as useful extras like picnic sets and outdoor play games equipment. A fully enclosed garden should allow your children and dogs the freedom to roam safely and the additional toilet and sink are great to use when the kids are in the garden and the patio also benefits from an outdoor shower!

Bedrooms 2 and 3 have twin single pine beds in each, which can be positioned and pulled together, and face the front of the property. All bedding hotel quality, spares available on request, cot bedding also available.

The villa has been well equipped by ourselves as it has been our holiday home for the last 14 years, whilst our children have grown up enjoying it and as such we think we have thought of everything you could possibly need on holiday. Home comforts in the wonderful peaceful setting of the beautiful Vendee. We would now like to share the experience with others to enjoy the place we fell in love with all those years ago.

Why this location? Ideal for walking to a real active French village with its local bars and restaurants. Close to La Rochelle and Nantes airports and the lovely beaches of the Vendee.

Excellent correspondence with the owner, throughout the booking process. We were sent tourist information and suggestions of what to book ahead of our trip.
The property was very well equipped and clean, in an excellent location for the beaches and the local area.

We had a great week in this lovely house, clean, comfortable and very well equipped. The wifi is good and we appreciated the English channels on TV. The local area is very nice, we went to "La Cave du Pare" a lovely wine shop and bar in La Tranche Sur Mer, best selection and cheapest beer in town, lovely tapas too. Can recommend "Cote Bistrot" in La Tranche Sur Mer, we had a very nice lunch there. La Trattoria in the village does excellent pizzas and delicious desserts.We also enjoyed a visit to J.Mourat in Mareuil Sur Lay, a vineyard and shop, where we did some wine tasting and bought a few bottles to take home. Would definitely recommend this house and this area to friends and family and hope to return in the very near future
