This lovely positioned traditional french villa is situated in a little hamlet on the edge of the village of Lairoux and only 15 minutes drive to the beautiful vendee coastal resorts.
Lucon with its Supermarkets, shops and full amenities is also a 15 minute drive away.
There is a large water park and Indian Forest activity park just 20 minutes drive and
the beautiful Resort of La Rochelle is only a 45 minute drive.
There are many markets and brocantes in the surrounding towns and villages.
