The property has a small garden to the front planted with roses, and to the rear with a large patio and laid to grass. There is a chateau where people can find a restaurant and bar. There are tennis courts and swimming pools, a children's play area and boules pitch. It is surrounded be woodlands and fields.

At the outdoor swimming pool on some evenings. Occasional concert at the church in Daumazan. Daumzaz has a community choir.
Restaurants in Daumazan and nearby villages
Rear and side garden have patio areas. Ther are raised flower and herb beds.
There are footpaths leading to the woodland areas.
Drive/parking at the front of the property
Is a small riverside village with a small supermarket and a bakers. It is a short stroll away and has a lovely church. There is a market on Fridays.
Daumazan is set is hilly attractive countryside and it is a joy to drive around the local villages. A trip to Foix has added value with its selection of cafes and restaurants. Further afield and one is in the Pyrenes.
The chateau has a restaurant serving steak style meals. There is a small restaurant in Daumazan serving local produce and wine. Carla Bale has an interesting restaurant and our favourite pizzeria is in nearby Montesqieu.
There is a large swimming pool to relax at.
