This property is suitable for large groups (up to 10) or just simply having lots of space. It is very well equipped to a high standard. Has been let successfully for 7 years. Located just 3km from the centre of the thriving medieval market town of Mirepoix where there are festivals, shops, bars and always something of interest going on.

Living rooms

45m2 huge living room with fireplace for cooler evenings. Large, comfortable sofas, UK satellite Sony tv, dvd player, books, games and films. Leads to conservatory and park grounds. Ideal for enjoying social times and plenty of room for larger groups.

Bedrooms

Six spacious and very comfortable bedrooms. Two of the double rooms have en suite shower rooms. There are 2 further bathrooms and 2 separate wc's. The 2 single rooms have 1.2-1.4m beds. All rooms have quality, professionally laundered bedlinen and towels provided. Fans are provided to all rooms. We have cots & high chairs available free of charge.

Bathrooms

All finished to a quality standard, there are 2 en suite shower rooms, a full bathroom and a family-sized walk in shower room with vanity unit and wc. In addition there is a ground floor wc and another separate wc on the first floor.

Heating

A large fireplace (logs to purchase) for cooler evenings. The house is not let during October-mid May.

Entertainment

Sony tv with UK satellite channels. Dvd player with good library of films. Books, games and lots of space in the grounds. Childrens play area. Football net.

Garden and outside

Three acres of grounds with landscaped pool area, pool house with bbq and fridge. Lots of room to play, to find a quiet corner with a deck chair and a book or just to enjoy the mature 200 year old trees, go for a walk from the doorstep or just sit and do nothing!

Parking and garages

Off road private parking for up to 5 cars.

Visitor suitability

There are wide stairs with 2 handrails however the property does not have ramps for wheelchairs and there is an uneven pathway through the gardens to the pool area.

Owners live next door so available to offer assistance, advice and help with booking taxis, restaurants etc. Do not worry about disturbing us, the walls are 1 meter thick! We have our own private gardens, parking and access and are not visible to you. We carry out the pool and garden maintenance.
