We had a really lovely stay here. The gîte was really clean and well equipped. Hélène & Giuseppe are so friendly offering advice as where to go and what to see. We’ve loved the pool and the beautiful garden. We,ve done a lot of exploring of the area and have found plenty to do with our two girls aged 5 & 7.
Would have no hesitation in recommending the gîtes Lassénat St Georges. Thank you.

We had a glorious tranquil week in Aramis. Set in beautiful surroundings we felt immediately at home. The warm welcome from our hosts - plus the wine ! - was a lovely touch. Dipping in the pool and sitting amongst the lush grenery was how we spent our week. Attention to detail by Hélène & Giuseppe was meticulous and the gîte was one of the best we,ve stayed in. Having read all the comments by your previous guests it is very difficult to find any words that could improve on what they have said. Our stay with you has been for just a brief time but we have enjoyed it so much that we sincerely hope that we can come back again in the not too distant future. Thank you once again for everything. Steve & Jill Wed, 10 Sep 2014 - UK.

A fantastic relaxing couple of weeks for us all. Rural respite from the hubbub of London & Brimingham. A beautiful gîte at Aramis, visits to Auch, Eauze, Condom and the trips for “foie gras” testing. Thank you for a wonderful place to enjoy.

About the Owner/Advertiser, Mrs Hélène Gentile

I am French and my husband Giuseppe was born in the UK but of Italian descent (as you can guess from the name). After 30 years in England in a busy town (working at the airport and teaching French) we decided to relocate in the South_West of France where life is quieter, no flight paths and we both enjoy the garden, the weather...and the food.

Year property purchased 2012
Why this location? The Gers is relatively new on the tourist map being France’s “empty quarter” which is under populated and unspoilt. Farming, wine and Armagnac making are the main industries, the country roads are deserted (four cars constitutes a traffic jam!) and in the small villages it seems as if time has stood still. The freshest air blows gently through the fields of vines and sunflowers, which surround us so what else could we ask for?
Unique benefits of property Set in the heart of the Gers the most picturesque region in South West France, which is also known as Gascony, Lassénat St Georges has four superb self-catering gites for 2- 14 people. Situated in a converted barn, the gites have been completely refurbished to the highest standard. Our 5 acres are surrounded by fields of vines, colourful sun flowers, may types of birds.
