We moved to France in September 2017 from Surrey in England. We have been made to feel so welcome by the locals and have made a few friends and contacts here. We have been running our house as a gite since we moved here and live in a separate house on-site. We got married at our home in September 2018 which was a wonderful celebration. We both come from a hospitality background and living in the Gers is a lot quieter, but we love it and look forward to welcoming more guests. Jacqui and Neil

|Why this location?||We wanted some where away from things, but close enough to get to places. Nogaro, which is only 5km from our house, has shops, a cinema, a bull ring, the earliest race circuit in France and a light aircraft/helicopter/gliding airfield. Marciac with it's famous Jazz festival is only 40 minutes away as is Mont de Marsan with it's many shops. In 2 hours we can be skiing in the Pyrenees or relaxing at the coast.|
|Unique benefits of property||A Gaillut is made up of a large Maison and a smaller gite providing accommodation for up to 20 people in our 10 bedrooms with 7 bathrooms. It is perfect for families or groups of friends to spend time together and enjoy meals around our huge dining table, or on one of our many terraces. We have furnished our Gite to give it a homely feel, respecting the age of the house. Guests have use of a large pool treated with salt to be kind on eyes and skin. We also have a large games room with table football, pool, table tennis and skittles. There are swings and a seesaw for younger children where their parents can watch on while enjoying a drink on one of the terraces watching some of the stunning sunsets we get here in France.|
The Paul Armagnac Race circuit hold a number of events throughout the year including motorbike, classic cars, racing cars and camion racing. It is understood to be the first race circuit built in France.
