An ideal spot for relaxing, the lounge area has a television, comfortable two seater sofa with foot stool and beautiful views over the nearby hills. Stylishly furnished, the original wooden beams take centre stage in this comfortable, cosy room.
The wood pellet stove is situated in the lounge area. This automatic and self regulating form of heating maintains the apartment at a pre determined temperature whilst providing a cosy flame through the glass door when lit.
The bedroom is furnished with a generous king size bed. There is also a dressing table with mirror and stool, integrated wardrobe with hanging rail and drawers and bedside tables with lamps.
Bathroom with bath, shower over with luxury rain water shower head. Traditional style toilet and sink.
White cotton towels provided.
Property heated with electric radiators in the bathroom and bedroom. The living space is heated by a wood pellet burner which provides the convenience of an automated heating system with the charm of a natural flame fire.
The property has use of a 25m2 covered terrace with table and chairs with views of the nearby mountains and countryside.
An off road parking space is provided for 1 vehicle within the property boundaries.
Additional parking spaces are available close by and visible from the apartment.
Not suitable for children or people with mobility issues or wheelchair users as there are a large number of steps up to the property.

|Why this location?||The village of Anla is situated in the Barousse Valley. A site of breathtaking natural beauty in the foothills of the Pyrenees mountains. Though a rural, the village is close to shops. The nearest towns are Saint Gaudens (22km), Lannemezan (27km) and Montrejeau (13km) all with supermarkets, bars and restaurants.
We are well placed for the Ski slopes, the Mourtis is 30km, Nistos 36km Superbagneres de Luchon 33km
