A Large Townhouse in the Heart of a Medieval City. This cottage/gite is in a village setting.

The house is located on the "Tour de Ville", as Cajarc is an old medieval village with a main street as a circle. The house is therefore ideally located, quiet and everything in town can be reached by foot in less than 5 minutes.
More than a century old, the house is made of local stones, with walls of 50cm. It has been completely renovated in 2018 but has kept its character.
On the ground floor you will find a large living room with tv, a dining space and a kitchen. The cellar, including 4 bicycles, wc and a shower are also on this 80sqm floor.
On the first floor, there are two large bedrooms with 160cm beds, a wc and bathroom. There is also access to the summer terrace.
On the second floor there is a suite with another bed and bathroom. There are two more beds on the mezzanine.

The kitchen offers all comfort for cooking. It is big enough to serve as a dining room for four if you do not want to use the main dining room which can host 8 guests.

The living room has two sofas and two club armchairs to comfortably host 8 guests.
A wood burning stove will allow you to warm up in the colder months.

Bedrooms

Space and comfort are the main words to describe our bedrooms.
On the first floor, there are two very large bedrooms. On the terrace side, the room holds a 160cm bed and a baby bed. On the opposite side, on the "Tour de Ville", a similar size bedroom has kept is ancient look. In between is the wc and bathroom with bath, shower and two bathroom sinks. This floor gives also access to the summer terrace
The suite on the second floor is more modern and holds a living room and a bed. It also gives access to a balcony and to the mezzanine with two more 1m beds. It has is own bathroom with wc, shower and bathroom sink.

One large shower on the ground floor.
On the first floor, there is a separate wc, bathroom with bath, shower, 2 bathroom sinks, radiator, and hair dryer.
On the second floor is a bathroom with wc, shower and sink. Radiator and hair dryer.

Heating

Wood burning stove on the ground floor, and electrical heater in the kitchen.
The rooms on first and second floor are all air-conditionned with reversible heating.
