The jungle gymn is in a shady forest setting and offers activity and challenge for all ages. There is a small course for 'little people' and several graduated courses for people over 1m 30, both young and old. The staff are friendly and care about your safety. They speak English and French. You can easily spend a whole day here hanging out in the trees with the whole family. Take a picnic lunch as you will need to top up your energy. After day out here, everyone sleeps soundly!
There are night markets all over the area - Capdenac, Peyrus le roc, Belcastel, Figeac etc. You basically go and choose something delicious to eat from a range of stalls; starter, main course, dessert and wine or beer and you sit down in the middle of the village and eat to your heart (or your stomach)'s content. The atmosphere is great. The night markets are usually buzzing.
There are lots of wonderful walks in the area and best of all, you don't even have to get in the car. You can wander directly out of the garden gate and do a couple of circular walks which can take as long, or as little time as you like.
