Latest guest review - 18th May 2017:
"Hello Paul,
We have just returned from Deauville, where we had a wonderful holiday, the apartment was just right for us and the welcome from Madame Maugard could not have been better. Between us we showed that her lack of English and my very limited French was no barrier to a very hearty and amusing introduction to Deauville. We enjoyed the Markets with the wonderful selection of foods, we made it to Paris , and Honfleur.
We shall definitely return to Deauville about the same time next year, all being well.
Kind regards, John."

The kitchen is fully-fitted as decribed but also includes extras such as kettle, toaster, wine cooler, steamer, potato peeler etc.

Living rooms

The living room has a service hatch from the kitchen, light oak furniture and a double bed-settee.
There are large patio doors to a covered balcony with wood garden furniture and lovely views over the race horse stables.
The tv only receives French channels however we have set it in such a way that some programmes such as American series can be watched in English rather than French.

Bathroom with bath and shower attachment over. Fully tiled.
The wc is separate from the bathroom.

Electric individually controlled wall mounted heaters in each room.

About the Owner/Advertiser, Mr Paul Barker

We are an Anglo-French couple with one daughter who live in the UK but love spending as much time as possible in Normandy! And who wouldn't - great food, great people, beautiful countryside and lovely resorts.

Year property purchased 2002
Why this location? It is very easy for us to get to as we live in Portsmouth so we can pop over for a long weekend. Deauville is lively all year round and we love the Sunday market in Trouville where we purchase local produce so that we can take a bit of France back home with us.
Unique benefits of property Location, Location, Location - and of course the indoor pool, jaccuzi and sauna which we love using after a long day out sightseeing or walking on the long sandy beaches or in the hills of the Suisse Normande. It is also very well equipped so a real home from home.
