Peaceful Rural But Full Of Culture And Events. This mobile home is in a village setting.

We have 2 modern well equipped mobile homes at the holiday village Domaine de Litteau:
Park home Arromanche No:47 sleeps 4 with 1 Double room and 1 twin .1 wc & 1 spacious shower room. (ref NC002806)
Park home Bessin No:117 has 1 double en suite and 2 twin bedrooms with 1 shower room and 1 wc. Both have own parking with lawn area bbq and sun lounger, a ramp leading to decked terrace with table chairs ready for Alfresco dinning enjoying the evening sun after a busy day exploring Normandy. Linen and towels are provided also T towels. Our kitchens are well equipped as I like to cook myself and would hate to be short of utensils or pots, there are more than enough plates and even melamine ready for your picnic days out. There are bbq tools and even an apron .

We have tv and dvd & cd player and an assortment of games & books .
There is a childrens club available twice a day during holiday times so parents can relax and enjoy their holiday too knowing the children are in safe hands .
The only Extra payment whilst on site is for the use of the swimming pool. Which can be purchased from the reception desk .
Please google the holiday park and you will be amazed at how much there is to occupy you and the children on days when you want to relax and not leave the village.

The kitchen has a full sized oven and hob with 4 burners in each mobile home a microwave and also kettle, large toaster coffee percolator plenty of mugs plates and cutlery more than enough pots & pans .
T towels are included and also hand towel, and apron. Bbq tools.
If there is something you need please ask if not provided.

Living rooms

There is a dinning table and chairs and sofa which can make into double bed if required , tv dvd and cd radio player.
Films can be hired from the reception if you need.

Bedrooms

The beds will be made up ready for you on arrival and 1 hand 1 bath towel per person included in price.

Bathrooms

The bathrooms have a spacious shower the bath mat and hand towels soap and hair dryer is provided .

Entertainment

There is nightly entertainment during holiday season, there is a bar and "happy hour" 6pm each evening.
Childrens club is available twice a day during holiday time.

Both park homes have parking also a lawn area with sun loungers and bbq, table & chairs, a ramp leading to the decked terrace with table and chairs leading to the mobile home entrance.

We bought the properties in 2009 on the Holiday village. Having owned a cottage in Normandy for many years & needing extra space for visitors family and friends who regularly visit here. We loved the French relaxed way of life from the wonderful wine and cheeses to the uncrowded beaches.

Why this location? Domaine de Litteau is perfectly situated to explore Normandy. The main road link D572 is a few minutes away the Holiday village is between St.Lo & Bayeux and in a rural location so you have the best of peace and tranquility and easy access to all beaches and attractions .
Unique benefits of property The holiday village has been upgraded to 4* the grounds are very well maintained with plenty of open spaces , a mini market on site bread & croissant cooked freshly on site. A bar a take away snack bar, nightly entertainment at holiday season. Private parking. Our mobile homes are very comfortable modern clean and well presented each with a ramp leading to decked terrace, with table and chairs for Al fresco dinning.There is a lawn area with bar b q and sun loungers .On site many attractions from the fishing lakes, ball park bmx trail, Zip ride, volley ball, to name just a few. Walking, cycling or horse riding in the forest which surrounds the park. From the zoos to the chateaux to the D day Landing beaches there is plenty to keep all the age groups occupied .

Local market with tasting local produce

Le Molly Littry has a large open market on Thursday Morning 8 til 12.30 pm with plenty of tasting available Fresh fish stall are clean and superb quality , local cheeses with plenty to taste . Local take away dishes .Fresh fruit & veg .Also on a Sunday morning small market with same produce. On site during the summer 5pm til 8. Tuesday market. The Medieval City of Bayeux is less than 15 minutes drive on the D572 , and is so beautiful with the cobbled streets and water wheel , the boutique shops and the bars cafes Al fresco dinning . The famous Bayeux tapestry the Cathedral and back streets are full of the most beautiful buildings.The D Day Landing Beaches are 20 minutes drive the sandy expanse of Omaha Beach is amazing Arromanche le Bains the Mulberry harbour 6th June Anniversary of D day where you when you will meet the Normandy Veterans , the museums everything from Chocolate to the Titanic at Cherbourg which is 1 hour drive . Mont St Michel an hour St Malo another beautiful walled city .Honfluer . Ballowroy Chateux is the closest and you will see the balloons which its famous for appear at the top of the trees in front of you . There is just more than I could recommend .July The medieval festival moves from town to town and Bastille day is an event not to be missed. I could go on & on with recommendations but really you should take the ferry and come and see it all for yourself .
