The attractive stone built property sits in a secluded rural setting and has easy accessibility to all amenities and safe, sandy beaches.
Situated about 1.5 km from the village of Denneville with it's boulangerie and a short drive from the small but busy coastal market and harbour town of Portbail.
The well equipped and fitted kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, coffee machine, microwave and an extensive range of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery for preparing and eating the wonderful selection of local produce! (but there are plenty of good restaurants nearby if you are feeling lazy).
The dining room has a large dining table with 6 chairs and features a log burning fireplace. French windows lead out into the garden
The comfortable living room has a television receiving a range of UK channels via freesat. An attractive feature wooden staircase leads to the first floor.

Portbail is a small but busy market town and harbour with a wide range of amenities. Close by there are beautiful sandy beaches offering safe bathing and cliff walks with stunning views of Jersey. A little further afield you will find the forests and wetlands of the Cotentin and Bessin Natural Park. An ideal area for walking, cycling, fishing, riding, sailing, golf and tennis. The D Day landing beaches, Bayeux and Mont St Michel are among some of the destinations that are within easy reach.
