Suitable for large families or groups of families with young children. Unfortunately there is no provision for wheelchair access and as the property is over three floors it is not suitable to those with mobility disabilities.
My wife and I purchased this property in September 2016 and have spent the past 6 months renovating and updating the property ready for the 2017 season. The house is aimed at families with children as we were always frustrated when we rented and they seemed to forgot the children need entertaining too, so the parents can then have fun and some relax time too.

|Why this location?||Percy is a lovely village with everything you need and is only a short drive to the house. The house itself is in an extremely quiet and peaceful location. The only noise you will hear are the cows and birds.|
