Large 2 Bed Gite In Peaceful Lovely Suroundings. This cottage/gite is in a rural setting.

A large 2 bedroom self contained fully equipped and renovated cottage in quiet rural setting with superb views over rolling hills and farmland, there is a sunny private space for outdoor dining and the use of a bbq. We have English tv and wi-fii for your convenience.
In front of the gite is a lovely big lawn for the children to run around and play.



Kitchen and dining

Newly fully fitted kitchen with gas hob and electric oven, a microwave and a fridge freezer it also includes a dish washer, all the crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils you will need for your stay, and there is an extendable dinning table to seat 6 people.
A baby high chair is available on request.

Living rooms

With rugged traditional stone walls the living room has a 3 and a 2 seater sofa you can relax in front of the log burning fire in the winter and watch the tv which has English channels and a french tv system. or enjoy the selection of films on the dvd player.


Upstairs you have a large room with double bed, complete with linen and towels. A baby cot is available for your baby. A walk-in wardrobe and chest of draws it has beautiful views from the double glazed windows.
The second bedroom comes with twin beds which can be converted into a large double, with appropriate linen and towels a wardrobe and more stunning views.


Tiled bathroom with over bath shower, wash basin, toilet and an electric towel rail.


On the ground floor in the lounge there is an open fire place, whilst upstairs the bedroom has an electric heater, and with an electric heated towel rail in the bathroom


Tv and dvd player with a selection of dvds and books.

Garden and outside

Outside is a garden with a large lawn, mature hedges and trees with an ornamental cider press which is planted up with a range of pretty flowers.

Parking and garages

An ample parking area is at the entrance to the property.

Most towns have a weekly market, the Weds market in St Hilaire du Harcouet is the best in the area and used by the French from miles around and for antiques there are numerous shops called Brocantes in the area.
