A three bedroom and large open plan converted cider press adjoining the owners property in a rural setting offering comfortable living in a private and peaceful setting.
The kitchen is well equipped with the expected utensils- kettle, coffee filter and white goods ( oven, dish washer,washing machine, fridge) and it is part of the open plan living/dinning area.
The light and airy living area within the open plan space offers a wood burning fire and traditional Normandy furniture.
There is a large double bedroom with an en suite. The other two bedrooms have twin beds.
Linen is supplied free of charge.
One en suite (shower).
Second shower room with wc.
Heating if required is at additional cost and is by a wood burning fire, alsowith mobile electric oil radiators also available.
A dvd and multi channel television/radio system is available offering channels in several languages.
Free wifi is also offered.
Board and garden games are also available as are a number of beach toys and other accessories (beach tent etc)
A range of reading material is offered which may be retained if desired.
The large enclosed garden offers privacy, and play area for children.
A pergola ( with permanent bbq) and a range of wooden garden furniture are available as are mobile bbqs.
There is hardstanding for several vehicles within the enclosure.
Guest visitors are welcome at no extra charge.
Family pets will be considered but owners permission is required.

|Why this location?||It is situated in a small hamlet which is rural and tranquil and convenient to commerce, beaches with several good restaurants nearby ( one Michelin recommended ). Well situated for access to ferry ports, D-day beaches, Le Mont St Michel and other tourist attractions such as Champrepus Zoo.|

living/dinning area with a well equipped kitchen. The en suite facility in the main bedroom coupled with another shower room, plus a downstairs toilet are conducive for family living. It also has a large secluded and enclosed garden with appropriate wooden garden furniture and dedicated hardstanding area with a permanent bbq thus offering a peaceful and tranquil setting.
There are three restaurants within an area of 3 kms, one a Michelin recommended, one a speciality grill restaurant as well as our local and communally owned Auberge which offers an excellent value formule midi lunch.
Villedieu les Poeles with its famous bell foundry is well worth a visit as is the nearby Zoo of Champrepus - a delight for all the family.
Cosmopolitan Granville offers access to The Cannel Islands and the Isles de Chaussey along with its many seafood restaurants. Its indoor and Saturday markets are also popular and these coupled with local markets give a real flavour of Normandy life.
The second most popular tourist attraction in France - Le Mont St Michel is 45 minutes away and the D-Day Beaches are about an hour away via motorway.
