The double arches of the original coach house have allowed space for huge windows, which now let light stream through the entrance and upper storey. Walk into the generous sized terracotta tiled modern kitchen with large farmhouse dining table. A sweeping wooden staircase takes you up to the next floor with its oak beamed vaulted living area. Modern comfortable furnishings complement the floor to ceiling windows and exposed creamy Caen stonework. This is a great place to sit and chat or dine and watch tv/dvds.
Three lovely double bedrooms are also on this level. Large windows with shutters and pretty curtains allow brilliant views of either the formal parterre or the outer courtyard and fields beyond. All of these rooms feature sleigh beds and solid wood furniture. Large, light shower room/toilets are en suite.
Up again to the loft where the whole floor is now an appealing cosy room for 6 large single beds. Another tv and dvd player and a further shower room and toilet complete this oak-beamed additional living space.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful establishment. We were 2 families, plus Granny (5 adults, 4 children and 1 baby) and the Gite we stayed in (a converted stable!!) was absolutely perfect for us all. The rooms are large and comfortable and the children's dormitory in the roof was like something out of Harry Potter! The grounds are gorgeous to wander around, with an extremely large semi-indoor pool, tennis court and lake - to watch the cheeky Coypu at play! The games room was a big hit with the kids and we had fun exploring the area and enjoying the wild swimming in the stunning rivers.
Anne and Tim are extremely friendly and relaxed and will help you make the most of your stay.
Great place to chillout with friends and to enjoy the nice environment.
Lot's of space to feel confortable. The kids loved the swimming pool.
Excellent Gite - clean and tastefully decorated - everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The Gite sits in over 300 aces of beautiful Normandy countryside and includes a games room, swimming pool and tennis courts on site (all of which were used by our teenagers).
Perfect for family gatherings and to explore what Normandy has to offer.
Thank you for your kind comments!
We are so pleased that you enjoyed your stay - it was a pleasure to meet you :-)
