The School House was spacious, well maintained and clean. The property and area was accurately described in the advert.
The contact person was very friendly and helpful taking we were much later arriving than we thought due to disruption with Eurostar.
I would recommend the property if you are looking for a tranquil rural setting, there is a Shop and Post office. It was just what we all needed and the nearset town was very pretty with a good restaurant.

Owner response

Thank you for your lovely comments. I am glad you enjoyed your stay in beautiful Normandy!

The Old School House in Normandy was lovely. It provided ample accommodation and the setting was very nice. The children enjoyed the house to play in and also the large garden. The service provided by the custodian of the house was very courteous, helpful and welcoming. The local village is very friendly and the local bar/restaurant is very friendly and obliging and also serves good honest food.
The surrounding countryside is very green, wooded and attractive. There are good facilities at Falaise, which is a must to visit and the market on Saturday mornings is a great place to stock up at. We would thoroughly recommend this house for a holiday.
