The Hayloft is part of a group of buildings at La Pouliniere.
The property is gated and has parking spaces within its grounds. The Hayloft is a stone built barn conversion next to the owners own home.
The accommodation comprises of a downstairs kitchen/dining area with a full kitchen and a woodburner which is part of a warm air circulation system. The laundry area is separate from the kitchen and is accessible through an internal door which leads into the barn.
Through the barn is the access to the rear patio and bbq area. The lounge is on the first floor making most of the views out onto the countryside. There is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. Electric radiators and a heated towel rail are installed on the first floor.
Full kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge Wood burning stove and dining furniture.
The washing machine and freezer are in their own area in the barn.
First floor lounge with UK & French television, dvd player, wi-fi. large sofa and coffee-table.
One double bedroom with velux windows. Dressing table, mirrors, hairdryer, storage cupboards and hanging rail.
One bathroom with vanity unit, heated towel rail, toilet and shower.
By woodburner with warm air circulation system or electric radiators.
French and English television dvd player and cd player.
Patio area and bbq with seating and tables.
Parking available outside the gite. Bicycles can be stored inside the barn which is lockable.
There is no disabled access into the gite. The staircase has a turn at the bottom but it is not steep. There is no restricted head room.
Bicycles are available for use by our guests at no charge. However full responsibility must be taken by the guests in using them. Guests must provide their own helmets and high vis vests. An electric tumble dryer is available but is shared by others. All towels, sheets and heating (wood for the woodburner) are included in the price. There is a welcome tray on arrival with a taste of some local products.

A World Heritage Site recently restored to an island.
The upper town & chateau is well worth a visit.
