Part of an old farm complex, Le Petit Chene is separate from the main farmhouse and converted barn and has its own private garden to the front and side. Fully renovated and all on one level the kitchen/sitting room opens on to the south facing terrace for the sun lovers, while at the side of the property is a covered terrace where you can relax in the shade. There are 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 of which are double rooms, 1 with a toilet next to it. The third big bedroom is next to the shady terrace at the back of the property and can sleep up to 4, in 2 single beds and bunk beds. There is a separate shower room with toilet.
There is access to a 11m x 6m heated swimming pool and a bespoke hot tub.
Modern clean kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave and dishwasher.

The living area has a settee and 3 separate chairs with free broadband wi-fi access and UK satellite tv. There is also a dvd player and hi-fi with usb docking.
