Other activities within easy reach include kayaking, horse-riding, golf, go-karts, quad-bikes.
Summer nights often mean barbecues but for those looking to eat out, a range of restaurants nearby to suit all budgets can be recommended.

Both of us are very keen on giving you the best experience we can; we are continually looking for ways to improve and add to your holiday. The quality of the accommodation is high, and we strive to maintain things to that standard.

We had a most wonderful holiday at Le Chataignier. My husband, who uses a wheelchair, was very comfortable with all the access and facilities on the ground floor. Having the use of a swimming pool was marvellous and was used most days by us and by our grandsons. Everything was clean and well maintained and the owners were most obliging and friendly with advice or help with problems. The upper floor had ample room for the rest of our family and all of it was tastefully decorated and in good order. The patio, with BBQ, was spacious and again well maintained, as were the grassy areas.
The local area is rural with good walks, many places to visit. There was one restaurant within a mile, which offered good food and also had wheelchair accessible facilities. Other shops and restaurants etc were further afield and a car is essential for exploring.
