Souris is one of 3 Gites situated within a converted Charentaise Barn. The downstairs with solid tiled floors throughout consists of an open plan lounge, dining area and French style kitchen. There is a utility room with washing machine and a downstairs shower room with wc and wash basin.
Upstairs consists of 3 bedrooms, a large spacious master bedroom with garden/pool views and 2 twin bedrooms. Upstairs is completed by a second shower room with wc and wash basin.

The French style kitchen contains all modern compliances needed for a self catering holiday. Appliances include fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
All utensils are supplied along with crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The open plan lounge consists of 2 sofas and a HD tv, satellite receiver, dvd player and a logburner. The living room has double doors that lead out onto a private patio area with bbq and the garden.
The 3 bedrooms are light and airy with open face stone walls, huge original wood ceiling beams and wooden floors. There is plenty of available storage and plentiful hangers.
All bathrooms are shower rooms with wc and washbasin.
Log burners are available for guests when the temperature is on the low side.
Each gite has an HDTV, Freeview box, a dvd player with an extensive dvd library, as well as games, puzzles and books.
Table tennis tables and garden games are also available for use by guests.
The gite faces out onto the large 1.5 acre garden with the heated pool taking centre stage. The pool has a uniform depth of 1.25 metres and is entered via Roman steps. The pool is in a secure area as required by French law and has ample paved area for sun loungers, chairs and parasols. There is a double hammock in the pool area.
The upper garden has several hammocks and the lower meadow has a secret garden in the corner which is a quiet zone for those who want to chill out or perhaps read a book.
The courtyard garden is exclusive to the courtyard guests.
There is plentiful parking for guests adjacent to the Gites and in the courtyard for courtyard guests.
The complex has wheelchair access and has downstairs shower and wc.

A Welcome Pack is provided upon arrival that includes a bottle of wine, some beers, bread, butter and milk, coffee, tea, sugar and jam.
A pre-arrival shop can be arranged if required at a small charge so that guests can enjoy their holiday from the moment that they arrive.
Bed linen, towels and pool towels are included free of charge.
