Video player and videos.
Enclosed garden laid to grass and stone, with a patio table, chairs, cushions and a parasol.

We would advise that the property is best suited to four people, due to only one bathroom, however we are happy for up to six people to stay as there are three bedrooms. We can provide a travelcot if required for one child.
The ground floor bathroom and double bedroom may be suitable for people with mobility problems.
We would generally recommend the property best suited to couples and families with older children.

Cleaning at end of stay provided.
Pushchair available on request.
We are Peter and Dee, recently retired to the Charente, to enjoy a more relaxed and peaceful way of life. We enjoy walking and cycling in this lovely area. We love meeting new people and decided to run a small gite to share this area with other people.
|Year property purchased||2016|
|Why this location?||The weather is lovely - with lovely warm, generally dry summers. The Charente countryside is beautiful - very green with soft rolling hills, great for walking and cycling. Our gite is within easy walking distance of the town of Aigre where there are all essential shops. There are two bar/restaurants and a cafe in the town, so eating out is convenient. We are less than a kilometre from walks in the countryside and to nearby rivers.
