Wonderful Barn Conversion with Pool. This cottage/gite is in a coastal setting.

Close to miles of sandy beach and with a pool, this is one of the most sought-after properties in the area. Spacious and most attractive dwelling converted from an old barn.  It is situated in a group of smaller properties but has its own walled, private and secure garden as well as huge shared grounds and big solar-heated shared fenced pool.
Two of the bedrooms and bathrooms are on the ground floor so a possibility for reduced mobility folk, but not specifically designed with them in mind.
All mod cons - satellite tv, dishwasher, microwave ... and the usual things.
Lots of old-world charm with big beams and a mix of old/antique furniture and modern appliances.
The living-room/dining/kitchen are open-plan.
Prices are based on occupancy of a max of 8 people, but we will take up to two more (on put-u-ups) at a supplement of 150 euros pp pw.
One pet sometimes accepted by prior arrangement only and at a supplement of 150 Euros.
Wi-fi, tourist tax and utilities are included. Cot, highchair etc. can be hired.
Bikes for hire.
Cleaner available during the week if required.  Baby-sitter and cook also available.

What a week!
We have just returned from a weeks holiday based in the Le Logis cottage and what a week.The cottage is large, roomy, comfortable and well appointed.On the facilities front it had everything you'd need even Sky+, although this only went on once. when my son wanted to see the grand prix qualifying.Our family of four adults plus my son and daughter's partners and our dog Bailey, wanted for nothing.This cottage has the added advantage that it has a private, good sized, walled garden, which was a real god send for the dog.Plus it made our evenings extremely pleasant., with the BBQ and in built paella burner (which we used). The grass area even gave way to a boule contest most evenings.The holiday was timed to coincide with my daughters 30th birthday and what a memorable day we had, from opening champagne for breakfast in the garden to having a fantastic evening meal at one of the restaurants recommended in he cottage handbook.Christine, one of the staff there, even organised a local taxi to take/collect us from the restaurant, which was massively appreciated.Although the pool is shared. it's large and well maintained, plus on most days the other families at Rochebonne went out for the day leaving us to our "private pool"!The only downside was that Le Logis wasn't available for two weeks, when we booked.I'm sure we will be back!Thank you, Catherine, Sarah, Christine and all of the other staff.Best regards, Steve
