Hi, originally from London we made the move to the Charente Maritime in 2002, with our 2 young children. We had a brocante shop in London and still like bargain hunting at brocantes. Eating in or out with friends. Taking our vintage caravan and American car out and about. We like visiting the rich local history, old buildings and chateaux, along with walking in the countryside, and of course, going to the seaside.
