What a Gem of a place. Carole and Kevin kept in contact throughout the booking process right up to arrival. On arrival we had a lovely welcome from them and the Welcome Pack in the gite with the food and drinks was a lovely idea and well received. The Gite was spotless and they have thought of everything. It was like home from home. It was exceptionally hot outside at 38 degrees plus so the fans they provided were brilliant. Our bedding was changed during our two week stay. Plenty utensils and kitchen crockery and even soap and toilet rolls. We had plenty towels provided. The gite is spacious. They gave us a tour of the village and very old church. We had a couple of evenings where the occupants of the other gite, Carol and Kevin joined us too for a drink and nibbles. On the last night they did a farewell gathering and some of their neighbours joined us who we met before and it was so relaxing and enjoyable. It was so relaxing at Le Gicq gites and if you ever needed any thing Carole and Kevin were always there to help. There's lots of places to go and see and its also relaxing at the gite in its gardens, pool and hot tub. Plenty of games and inflatables for the pool.Definitely recommend this property. Don't look for anywhere else to book as this is the perfect place for a holiday and with such lovely hosts who don't impose but look after you so well. Don't change anything Carole and Kevin. It's lovely to have met you and will keep in touch and look forward to coming back.

Had a wonderful stay at Le Gicq Gites. Carole & Kevin were the perfect hosts. As soon as you arrive they meet & greet you. There is a welcome pack with some food wine and essentials for you to have,so need to rush off to the shops. There is a nice size swimming pool with inflatables for the kids to play with & a jacuzzi for the adults.Swings & trampoline also. For the adults why not try a game of table tennis. In the days or nights why not try a B.B.Q. Everything is there just sit and relax in the gardens....little towns are not far to do your shopping. There is a folder with everything you need to know about the places to visit, if in doubt ask Kevin he will be more than happy to tell you. Highly recommend this place for a base to travel and explore this beautiful part of France, or just to sit and relax. The Gites were spacious and clean, love the old style wooden beams. English t.v. & Inter-net so you can surf the net. Thanks again Carole & Kevin.....

Owner response
