We are Richard and Lee and have been married for 41 years.

We moved to France in 2004 and bought this beautiful watermill. We have carried out renovations and have been renting it out on a self catering basis since 2005.

We have two children. Our daughter Kate and our two lovely grandaughters live in Belguim. Whilst our son, Adam, lives and works in Australia.

We love the Charente region of France and can honestly say we have been "living the dream" since we arrived 15 years ago.
