We enjoyed our week at L'Ecurie. The house, located on the edge of the village, was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The owners, John & Sheelagh, gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. They know a lot about the area and can advise on where to go and what to see. Clearly they want guests to enjoy their stay.
What struck us most about the property, though, was the peace and quiet - so relaxing!
Would we stay there again? Definitely!
Gorgeous gite with the best hosts one could wish for. Nothing ever too much trouble for John and Sheelagh who are a generous and engaging couple. Gite is well placed to main roads, but with plenty of space outside and inside the gite. We had a fab time and we would recommend a stay here for couples or families looking to explore a very chilled out region/s of France.
Back again after staying in June, excellent, well equipped and clean.
Wonderful hosts, there if you need them.
Hope to return next year.
We enjoyed seeing you and Jane again Gordon. Looking forward to your next visit, thanks for the reviews.
Best wishes, Sheelagh and John.
Perfect place to stay, everything as it should be. A very well equipped clean and well maintained gite. Very quiet ideal for us old codgers to sit about and do nothing, apart from drink wine and eat buns. The hosts are very welcoming but only there if you need them. ( Thank you for helping when the air-con in my car decided to stop working ) Thank you for the wine and other goodies left for us on our arrival. Will happily return.
