'Bronwain' is a 4 bedroom/8 person gite. It is adjacent to our 2 bedroom/4 person gite called 'Trisant'
Originally a farm labourer’s house with a grenier on the first floor, a substantial renovation by Christina and Mike has converted it into a charming and well appointed 4 bedroom gite providing accommodation for up to 8 people.
This gite has proved to be extremely popular with families, enabling grandparents, parents and children to enjoy a holiday together.
On the ground floor you will enjoy the use of a large lounge/diner plus kitchen area, with windows and frenchdoors on 2 sides. The kitchen is furnished with cabinets, microwave, washing machine, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, cd and dvd players, dining table and chairs, and easy chairs for relaxing in.
All the usual crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are provided
The lounge is part of the overall kitchen/dining room area and has frenchdoors which give access to your own external seating and dining area with barbecue.
Furnished with settee and armchairs.
Located off the lounge area is a double bedroom with en suite shower room having a large walk-in shower, wash hand basin and wc. An external door also gives access to the outside dining and barbecue area.
A pine staircase leads to the first floor landing off which there is a double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms.
All first floor bedrooms have boarded floors and either exposed stonework or beams enhancing their overall appearance, and have open views of the countryside. Beds are French-style beds with both head and footboards.
Bed linen is provided but cot linen and personal towels are not supplied.
On the first floor there is a bathroom with bath, separate shower, wash hand basin, and there is also a separate wc.
Dvd and cd players provided.
