Fantastic accommodation! The gite was clean, bright, perfectly maintained and secure. The children loved the swimming pool and playing badminton and table tennis. The setting was beautiful too - walking distance from the pretty French village of Coulon where we enjoyed the Sunday market and cafes, as well as a stroll along the river where you can hire canoes or take a boat trip. All of this, coupled with a warm welcome and lots of helpful advice from the owners, made for a fabulous holiday. We would definitely recommend it to others.
We thoroughly enjoyed meeting Denise, Simon and their 3 children and are so pleased that they enjoyed their first ever holiday in France. They were all so enthusiastic and friendly and got on so well with the family in the adjoining gite.
We hope to have the pleasure of meeting them again in the future.
We had a lovely two weeks and the hosts Tony and Maryln were wonderful. The cottage is tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. The outside pool and gardens are beautifully maintained. Both Tony and Marlyn were so helpful in showing us how-to explore the local area and the local cycling is a must. Coulon is an idilic town.
We would love to return.
Many thanks Sarah for your kind words and for being such nice guests. We hope to see you again.
