|Year property purchased||2009|
|Why this location?||I chose this location as it has a mild micro-climate and is the second sunniest region in France, benefitting from the warmth of the La Rochelle Basin. Prior to buying La Belle Echappee, I had a holiday home which was purchased in 2003 and found the French people in the region were so very friendly and helpful and welcomed me with open arms.|
|Unique benefits of property||The property is a prestige holiday rental home and has been furnished to a very high standard with all the bedlinen, towels etc being of hotel standard. All the facilities and amenities provided have been carefully thought out to ensure that holiday makers have all that they can possibly require and need. In particular the 10x5 metre swimming pool is praised by all guests.|
