I have been the owner of this delightful property for 13 years and have upgraded much of the house and garden including adding a lovely heated pool and large terrace. I love walking my dogs around the beautiful countryside and working in the garden in the summer. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

|Why this location?||It is rural but near all the amenities. Life here is as it used to be in England. No traffic jams and the friendly locals have time to talk to you. Just a short stroll to a shop selling bread and local produce with a bar and restaurant next door and a 27 hole golf course just a bit further along.|
|Unique benefits of property||The large unoverlooked private garden is a bonus and the 3 newly fitted bathrooms and kitchen have enhanced the property even more. New tiled flooring throughout keeps the rooms cool in summer. Outside the garden has been landscaped with flower borders containing roses and lavender, also a new terrace to watch the sunsets and the other terrace surrounding the heated swimming pool has been extended to provide more room for the sunloungers. In the large grounds that surround the property we have created a secret area in a wooded glade with a picnic hut where you can look over the meadow towards the trees and sometimes we see the deer if we are very quiet. Part of the land around the paddock has been left uncut in an attempt to increase the wildlife back to the estate.|
A relaxed environment for coffee, aperitif, lunch or evening meal. Very friendly staff and good value for money.
Try your hand at golf on the practice range, book a lesson or just have coffee or a meal and watch the other golfers finish their round.
Saturday morning - a busy market with lots of local produce to sample.
