Farmhouse in rural location with 3 bedrooms (each with own wc, shower and wash-hand-basin), private heated pool and tennis court. Located in a small hamlet surrounded by arable farming and vineyards. This property is ideally suited to families or groups of adults to enjoy an active or inactive holiday.

You will be the only guests at the property but the English owner lives in a separate detached cottage on the site and, whilst never imposing on your privacy, is always happy to offer advice and answer questions to help you make the most of your stay. The owner never tries to solicit reviews from guests because he assumes the last thing you want to do when you return home is to spend your valuable time promoting someone else's property because you reluctantly promised the property owner you would. Respectfully, guests are asked not to play music outdoors (or which is audible outdoors) and to endeavour to preserve what is normally a very tranquil rural environment as a courtesy to neighbours within this very small hamlet. If you are a group or family which likes to party on holiday or tends to be very noisy then, regrettably, this property wouldn't be suitable.
